Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for 3/25, 3/26, and 3/27. Conferences are in person, unless otherwise requested. These days are minimum days for students with a 1pm dismissal(dismissal process starts at 12:45pm for K-5, 12:30pm for preschool).

FLPS will host a Spirit Day to honor both Charlie and the sport he loved,
baseball. Major League Baseball’s Opening Day is on March 27th.
We ask all staff and students to ‘Tip a Cap’ to Charlie and help raise
funds for the Charlie Landers Foundation by donating at least $7 to
wear a hat to school while also wearing your team's favorite gear.

We are excited to announce that our district will be celebrating Autism & Neurodiversity Acceptance Week starting on Tuesday, April 1st. Please note special themes for each day of the week. Additionally, students will have some coordinating & grade appropriate lessons/activities.

FLPS Schools will be closed for students on Eid-Al-Fitr. This is a Professional Day for Staff. Happy Eid to all families celebrating!

Registered incoming kindergarten families are invited to join us Thursday, 5/8/25 at 9:30am to learn more about HMR and get a sneak peek into the classrooms too! This orientation is for children and their parents/guardians. Please check your email to RSVP.

Dig out your favorite HMR gear and wear it proudly! We celebrate our School Spirit the first Friday of each month.

HMR students are leading Kindness Rocks! If you find one of their inspiring rocks in the community, enjoy it & take a picture with it(share it by tagging us on Instagram high_mountain_road_school). Then relocate it for someone else to find and enjoy. Let's see how far our kindness can spread!
